RETENTION & ADVANCEMENT INSTITUTE

    Strenghten how you retain and
    advance diverse talent

    NEXT SESSION COMING SOON

Join us for a hands-on learning experience to better retain and advance diverse talent.

The Retention & Advancement Institute is an opportunity for employers to examine their team and culture as important factors that influence whether diverse talent will advance, leave, or stay in your organization. This interactive lab leverages Cara’s record of helping employers achieve above-industry retention rates along with best practices from employer peers. Join us and workshop solutions together that reduce turnover and maximize your team’s capabilities!

At this Institute, employers will:

STRENGTHEN
onboarding processes to equip diverse talent for success in their role and ensure they “stick and stay”

DEVELOP
team cultures that create a shared sense of belonging and an environment where all members can thrive

CULTIVATE
relationships between frontline employees and managers, who have the biggest influence on employees’ outcomes

GROW
pathways to help diverse talent grow and advance so that they can maximize their contributions to the firm

WORKSHOP
new practices by learning what is working for other employers and brainstorming ideas with their peers

This institute will be held in four, three-hour virtual sessions every other Tuesday over the course of two months.
