In the Sourcing & Hiring Institute, we partner with employers focused on growing their talent pipelines by tapping into overlooked talent pools in their communities. This interactive lab leverages Cara’s expertise matching thousands of job seekers with employers along with best practices from employer peers. Join us and workshop solutions together to help you attract, hire, and cultivate a more diverse workforce.
In this Institute, employers will:
more diverse talent by discovering how they can better define and market open roles to attract a wider talent pool
barriers for candidates by learning how different hiring requirements prevent overlooked talent from being hired
bias in hiring through screening and interviewing techniques to ensure that diverse candidates can succeed
new practices by learning what is working for other employers and brainstorming ideas with their peers
This institute will be held in four, three-hour virtual sessions every other week over the course of two months.
Who should attend?
To maximize the experience, we encourage a senior HR leader and recruiter to attend. Those who have existing diversity and inclusion efforts are encouraged to send someone from that team as well. We require a minimum of two people per company, maximum of three. Please note that this will be a highly interactive experience and requires participation in all four sessions.
