CD One Price Cleaners is partnering for the fifth consecutive year with Cara to collect gently used interview-ready clothing for men and women.
At Cara, we believe you only feel your best when you look your best. That’s why every motivated job seeker gets outfitted with business-ready attire to give them the confidence needed to get, and keep, a quality job.
From February 18 through March 31, all 34 Chicagoland CD One Price Cleaners’ locations will serve as donation sites for gently used professional attire, including suits, dresses, pants, shirts, blouses, overcoats and other items (in all sizes). CD One Price Cleaners will dry clean, press and deliver donated clothing to Cara to stock our clothing room.
“We continue to be blown away by Cara’s impact in the Chicagoland area helping hundreds of people find and keep quality employment each year,” said Daina Mueller, community marketing coordinator, CD One Price Cleaners. “We encourage our customers to drop off day or night through our express drop. Their support is what helps to make this drive such a success.”
With a goal of 6,000 wardrobe items for Cara recipients, CD One Price Cleaners is challenging existing customers and community members to dig deep into wardrobes and make this drive the biggest yet.
