About Us
For more than 30 years, Cara Collective has worked to build an inclusive economy and create access, equity, and opportunity for our nation’s untapped talent. Each year, we help place people into nearly 1,000 jobs through a combination of our personal and professional trainings and our two social enterprises, Cleanslate and Cara Connects.
Through our expansion arm, Cara Plus, we have worked with more than 80 organizations in nearly 30 states to build a network committed to developing viable pathways to gainful employment. We achieve this through a combination of ways including:
– Our signature cohort-based trainings designed to shift perspectives on hiring and drive workforce development solutions
– Our affiliate model where we work with other organizations to co-create a workforce development model steeped in our methodology
