Susan Dunseth Named Managing Director of Cara Plus
Cara Collective is pleased to announce that Susan Dunseth has joined our team as the new Managing Director of Cara Plus.
Susan is an accomplished leader in education, training, and workforce development, with more than 25 years of progressive experience building high-impact teams, driving revenue and measurable results, and leading organizational change through operational excellence, innovation, and technology. Her career has focused on advancing social impact initiatives across both large corporations and nonprofit organizations.
Most recently, Susan partnered with America Achieves to launch Align Wisconsin, a new workforce intermediary in Southeast Wisconsin, aimed at promoting economic growth and mobility by matching labor market demand with workforce supply. She specializes in building strategic corporate partnerships, assessing labor market gaps, and expanding skills-based training and hiring initiatives.
Deeply committed to elevating talent and strengthening communities, Susan is passionate about creating pathways to meaningful employment, advancing workforce upskilling, and building systems that help individuals thrive.
