Motivate Me!

The best way to experience Cara’s mission at work is to participate in our morning tradition called Motivations. Part storytelling, part song, and all inspiration, Motivations takes place each Monday through Thursday morning before our Cara community starts their day.

Each day has a different topic for us to reflect on and share our stories.

Every motivation ends in a sing-along to help bring the room together.

With every story shared, we walk away knowing more about others and ourselves.
